Cancellations
Should you give us sufficient prior notice of the cancellation of an order, we will credit your account fully, less a $10 administration fee. Unfortunately no refund can be made after the flowers have been dispatched.
Once an order has been placed we may not be able to make alterations to the order details. Please ensure all details and messages are accurate at the time of placing your order. Over busy periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we will not be able to alter messages.
