At Bizziblooms we appreciate that we are not only judged on the quality of our flowers and gifts, but on the promptness of our service.

The major cause of a delivery not arriving on time at the desired location is incorrect delivery information at the time of check out. Please be extra careful to ensure your (or the gift recipients) details are correct.

Because it is such a simple process to enter your details and proceed through check out, delivery problems are a rare occurrence indeed.

Bizziblooms can only offer a same day service in the region of Auckland with the below cut off times for business and residential area of Auckland.

Cut off times for same day delivery:

Same day delivery when ordered by 12pm, please contact if an urgent delivery is required as it sometimes can be arranged.

Please provide Bizziblooms with your day time contact details and the recipient's day time contact details or home phone number if the gift is to a residential address.

Clear delivery instructions must be included if the gift is to a rural area e.g. colour of the house, which side of the road and telephone number.
